Ride the Ducks Newport is a fun, family-friendly way to see leading sites and attractions in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. Ride the Ducks Newport utilizes customized amphibious vehicles crafted from models used during World War II to travel the Ohio River and city streets near Downtown Cincinnati and Newport telling the history of the region. Sites you will see on the 45-minute tour (30 minutes on the river and 15 minutes on land) include Great American Ball Park, Paul Brown Stadium, the World Peace Bell, Newport Aquarium, Covington's Historic Riverside Drive and much more. The Ducks depart from Newport on the Levee on a five-mile route on the Ohio River and on land.
Tickets for adults are $17, $12 for children (ages 2-12) with discounts for pre-booked groups of ten or more and can be obtained by calling 859-815-1439 or by visiting the Newport on the Levee Welcome Center on the exterior Riverwalk Level across from Mitchell's Fish Market. The Newport fleet consists of 5 vehicles, each seating up to 37 passengers. Operating hours vary throughout the season. Check www.newportducks.com for tour times and online tickets. Winter conditions will prevent the Ducks from operating year-round but the hope is the hours will be maintained eight to nine months annually. Advanced reservations are encouraged. The Ducks are wheelchair accessible and can accommodate one wheelchair per duck. Please mention this when booking your reservation, as space is limited.

We experienced the tour with weekend guests. A great way to show off both skylines to visitors from out-of-state.
Also enjoyed the stories behind the sites.

RECENTLY MY FAMILY AND I ALL WENT ON THE RIDE THE DUCKS TRIP AND HAD A TERRIFIC TIME. THE DRIVERS WERE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

If ever you wanted to be a kid again, this is your chance!! What fun! Handicapped friendly also, with a lift available to assist the elderly or wheelchair dependent into the Duck. Highly recommend this to everyone!

QUACK QUACK! QUACK QUACK! We love the Ducks! Excellent tour. Enlightening history and totally FUN for all ages! And all at wallet-friendly prices! (We took a long walk afterwards to further investigate the places we learned about on the DUCK tour.)
