Prominent Tenant Renews Lease at Newport on the Levee

BRIO Tuscan Grille, a nationally recognized Italian restaurant with locations across the country, has been providing the Levee visitors with an upscale, yet affordable, dining experience since 2002. The Levee is the restaurant’s only location in this market.
“Newport on the Levee is thrilled that BRIO has renewed its lease and remains committed for the long term as a key member of the #1 dining and entertainment center in the region,” stated Harold Dull, General Manager. “BRIO’s renewal is a further testament by our key restaurants and retailers that as we enter into our second decade of operation we remain the dominant player in our niche.”

Leasing activity at Newport on the Levee has gained significant momentum over the past six months. In addition to the BRIO renewal, the Levee has recently renewed Claire’s, Journey’s, and Dewey’s Pizza. New tenants to join the Levee include, Tom + Chee, Verizon Wireless and Naked Tchopstix, a new-to-market Asian fusion restaurant from Indianapolis. On the creative office side, Newport on the Levee has recently renewed Intrinzic, a full-service advertising agency and expanded i-wireless, a wirelss cellular phone provider.
