At select locations, on Thursday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m. (local time) fans can be among the first to see National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation back in theatres for it’s 30th Anniversary and receive an AMC exclusive gift of an ornament to hang on your tree. National Lampoon’s Clark Griswold, the well-intentioned, walking disaster who has dragged his family through the horrors of traveling in two previous National Lampoon Vacation films, has decided to stay home for the holidays-and the neighborhood will never be the same.

Meet cheerful elves straight from the North Pole and join in the fun as Scuba Santa fills the Theater with bubbles. Join us for our 11th Annual Light Up the Levee Tree Lighting Celebration as we officially kick off the holiday season! This magical evening begins with Santa's grand helicopter arrival followed by family activities, the season’s first snowfall, the lighting of our 50-foot tree with 1.4 million lights, and more surprises. Cap off the night with an afterparty filled with food, beverage and live music from the Clyde Brown Band.

A special 80th anniversary event is coming to AMC Newport on the Levee. In this classic musical fantasy, Judy Garland stars as Dorothy Gale, a young Kansas farm girl who dreams of a land "somewhere over the rainbow." Dorothy's dream comes true when she, her dog, Toto, and her family's house are transported by a tornado to a bright and magical world unlike anything she has seen before. Unfortunately, she makes a mortal enemy of a wicked witch when the house falls on the hag's sister. Now, befriended by a scarecrow without a brain, a tin man with no heart and a cowardly lion--and protected by a pair of enchanted ruby slippers--Dorothy sets off along a yellow brick road for the Emerald City to beseech the all-powerful Wizard of Oz for his help to return home.

Tickets are officially on sale for Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker. AMC Theatres have opened advance ticket sales for the iconic conclusion of the Skywalker saga. Viewing options include 3D, IMAX, IMAX 3D, Dolby Cinema and Digital. Showings begin Friday, December 20th. Those who act quickly will have the opportunity to attend an early screening + fan event at 5:00 pm on Thursday, December 19th.

Newport is becoming more bike-friendly! On October 12th, ConnectNKY will be installing temporary bike lanes along Saratoga Street, 5th Street, and 6th Street for use through October 20th. Not only will you be able to more easily access the Levee, but you will be able to visit our neighboring restaurants and establishments as well! In celebration of these temporary bike lanes, we invite you to ride your bike down the Levee for a complimentary yoga class held by The Yoga Bar outside in Saratoga Plaza on 10/14 and 10/16 at 10:00 AM, and hope you will stay to enjoy coffee, movie or lunch with us afterwards. We are once again hosting our summer concert series, this year with an exciting new partner! Summer Music on the Levee presented by Braxton Brewing Company will take place every Thursday evening from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM beginning May 23rd and wrapping up September 5th.
Beer from Braxton’s creative geniuses will be available for purchase at each concert as well as VIVE, Cincinnati's first local hard seltzer, crafted by Braxton Brewing Company! The Newport Aquarium will also be providing wine and some nautical-themed specialty cocktails for purchase.
As always, admission is free to the public and all are welcome! So put on your dancing shoes and come join us for some live tunes, good vibrations, and a guaranteed great time.
