Newport on the Levee Announces Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate to Lease Retail Component

Newport, KY – November 29, 2016 – Newport on the Levee (NOTL) is thrilled to announce the selection of Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. as the property’s exclusive retail leasing agent. The local firm will be charged with securing new retailers and retaining current tenants at the property.

The announcement of Jeffery R. Anderson coming on board as the Levee’s retail leasing team complements the transformation the property has recently displayed.  This year, the $80 million mixed-use development, Aqua on the Levee, will be completed with 850 additional parking spaces, 239 apartments and 8,000 square feet of street-level retail. This development also includes the area’s first Aloft Hotel bringing 144 new hotel rooms to the area.
