All visitors under age 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 6PM, and visitors under age 21 are not permitted after 10PM. Parents and guardians, please maintain control and visual contact with minors under your care. Juvenile groups of 4+ will be dispersed.

Please leash your pets and clean up after them. Dogs and cats are the only pets allowed on property

Riding a bike is allowed on the marked bike trails. Riders should walk their bikes in areas that are not identified bike trails.

Taking photography, videos, audio recording, filming by professionals, including the news media is allowed on the property with management’s consent – so just ask! Contact Security for more information.

 DURING YOUR STAY, THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED:

• Smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas
• Using obscene language, shouting and playing music without the use of headphones
• Littering, defacing or destroying property
• Loitering in front of or blocking stores, restaurants, theaters, offices, parking areas, sidewalks, streets or common areas
• Skating, skateboarding, hover boarding; climbing or standing on furniture, walls or trees
• Distributing material, soliciting, demonstrating or protesting
• Speeding, cruising or driving irresponsibly in the parking garage
• Carrying a weapon of any kind, including firearms

 OUR DRESS CODE CONSISTS OF WEARING APPROPRIATE APPAREL AND FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE GUIDELINES WHILE ON PROPERTY:

• No gang-related attire or activity, offensive clothing, or tattoos with obscene language or graphics
• No apparel that obscures the face unless worn for cultural or religious reasons or medical conditions
• No visible undergarments or clothing which exposes excessive portions of skin which may be viewed as in appropriate for a family-friendly environment
• No excessively torn clothing
• Shoes and shirts are required

Newport on the Levee is privately-owned, and all interpretations of the Code of Conduct and acceptable behavior is determined by Newport on the Levee and its assigned ambassadors.
