From the minute guests arrive, there’s no convenience, amenity, detail, or desire that Concierge can’t thoughtfully and expertly fulfill. Concierge Services

  • Bag Check

    Concierge offers bag checks for guests shopping during property hours to ensure they fully enjoy themselves without having to worry about carrying belongings.

  • Convenience and Comfort Items

    Guests may request complimentary items offered by Concierge including bottled water, medicine, mints, first aid, and umbrellas (when available).

  • Event Coordination

    The Levee's ExperienceMakers® can assist with planning special events like birthday parties, corporate gatherings, picnics in Bridgeview Box Park, marriage proposals, and gender reveals.

  • Lost & Found Coordination

    Concierge will coordinate with security to assist guest with lost & found retrieval.

  • Pet Friendly Concierge

    Newport on the Levee is a dog-friendly property and Concierge provides water and dog treats to all our fur friends.

  • Phone Charging

    Concierge offers complimentary phone charging for all guests during operating hours.

  • Property Information

    Concierge will provide information on our vast assortment of retailers and restaurants, as well as upcoming Newport on the Levee events.

  • Restaurant Menus & Reservations

    All Newport on the Levee restaurant menus are available to view at Concierge. Reservations and restaurant inquiries made for guests.

  • Transportation & Car Services

    Concierge can help guests arrange transportation from the property. Our parking team is also available to assist guests with car battery issues.

  • Wheelchair Rental

    Complimentary wheelchair rentals are available upon request at Concierge.

Christina Lense

Concierge ExperienceMaker®

Christina joined Newport on the Levee in June 2022 and immediately began creating memorable moments for guests. She loves to catch a movie at AMC and enjoys watching the beautiful Cincinnati sunset view from the Concierge booth. If she isn’t at the Levee, she’s playing Dungeons & Dragons with her family or escaping to her favorite fictional world of Narnia. Christina’s go-to meal at the Levee is Brother’s Five Cheese Mac and Cheese. Fun fact: Christina is a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and once worked as a scare actor during Halloween Haunt at Kings Island!
