Saddle up for the Kentucky Derby! Join us for the race viewing event where hats are big, juleps are fine, and the excitement is endless. Let the races begin.
Schedule of Events:
- 4 – 8PM: Enjoy family-fun with a special pop-up petting zoo in The Valet Loop. The head to The Plaza to catch the races on our jumbo LED screen and place your bets at the Derby Wheel for a chance to win prizes from our restaurants and retailers.
- 4:30 – 6:30PM: Get the celebration started in The Plaza with live music from the Swagg Band.
Run for the Roses Specials:
- West Sixth: Kentucky Coffee Stout
- Beeline & The Buzz: Off to the Races: Smirnoff raspberry vodka, lemonade, and cranberry juice. Churchill Downs Mint Julep: Old Forester Bourbon, simple syrup, and mint.
- Amador: The Cuban Glide: dark rum, lime, orange bitters, mint, & raw sugar Coca Cola, a tribute to the first Latino horse jockey to race in the Triple Crown.
- Velocity: $6 Mint Juleps
- 16 Lots Brewery: $7 Old Fashioned
