Newport, Ky. (February 1, 2024) – North American Properties (NAP) announced today new miniature golf concept Par 3 and vitamin infusion therapy franchise Prime IV Hydration & Wellness (Prime IV) have signed leases at the revitalized entertainment hotspot Newport on the Levee (The Levee). Par 3 projects a late summer opening while Prime IV plans to open later this year.

“With multiple recent openings and new family-focused additions like our indoor playground, we continue to see an increase in energy and momentum at The Levee,” said Gabriella Burch, The Levee’s general manager. “Visitor foot traffic was up 15% year-over-year at the end of 2023, and we’re looking forward to generating even more buzz by giving a warm Newport welcome to these experience-driven brands.”

Par 3 – New recreational concept Par 3 takes an innovative and modern approach to traditional mini golf. Focused on competitive socializing, the brand merges interactive gameplay with a vibrant, lively atmosphere to engage guests of all skill levels and ages. Its 16,927-square-foot space at The Levee will debut three different nine-hole courses featuring uniquely designed, over-the-top themes, including a few nods to local sports teams. In addition to mini golf, the venue will house a full bar and indoor and outdoor dining areas complete with vibrant décor, big-screen televisions, a dedicated gaming zone, and a VIP section for large private groups. Core Resources has been tapped as the contractor for the project along with interior design firm Platte Architecture + Design. On the menu, foodies can expect visually appealing, high-end, shareable small plates coupled with purposefully extravagant specialty cocktails. Along with individual gaming and dining experiences for groups and families, Par 3 plans to offer corporate memberships for special events, team-building activities, and more.

Prime IV – Founded in 2017, Prime IV provides cutting-edge intravenous therapy and wellness solutions through the infusion of vitamins and minerals into the bloodstream. The minimally invasive procedure is safely administered by licensed medical staff in a relaxing spa environment where guests can choose from a wide range of treatments aimed at boosting the immune system, increasing energy levels, promoting athletic recovery, rejuvenating skin and hair health, and more. Prime IV at The Levee will occupy a 1,757-square-foot space on the ground level across from Brio Italian Grille, marking the second Kentucky location for the brand.

These businesses join The Brickery Café and Play, The Galley on the Levee, and Immersive Gamebox as the latest additions to The Levee’s diverse tenant collection, curated by NAP. Uber Freight, the leading end to end enterprise suite powering logistics, also recently opened a 20,000-square-foot office space on the mezzanine level of The Gallery, doubling its previous location’s footprint and signifying the company’s commitment to the region’s growing demand for innovative freight solutions.

Beyond the merchandising updates, The Levee also recently launched a winter installment of its signature events series, running now through March. Complimentary happenings include children’s playtime Mondays at 11 a.m. and fitness classes Thursdays at 6 p.m. in The Gallery along with themed karaoke, paint and sip classes, and bingo nights Thursdays at 6 p.m. in Bridgeview Box Park.
